Who we are
A lab for footballers.
Football Lab is a High Performance player development environment in Burnaby, British Columbia. We are not a club and we do not replace one — we are where players go to work on themselves to take the next step.
Our coaching is direct, and every player is held to a standard. Our coaches played at the professional. All growing up locally and going through the BC soccer Pathway to make the step up into the professional level. So they know the current expectations and standards needed now.

Our mission is to give every player who walks in a clear path to being better — technically, physically and mentally — and to make the work worth doing.
"Success Has No Limits". We mean it as a standard, not a slogan: there is no ceiling we set on a player, and no point at which the work is finished.
